2016 Tour to Seville and Cordoba 29th April-1st May
Our most recent tour visited the Spanish cities of Seville and Cordoba, where we delighted audiences with peformances of Mozart’s Requiem and Ave Verum Corpus.
Around 91 members of the choir attended the tour along with 22 partners and friends, making it our our biggest tour to date.
Michael Bowden was our musical director and Michael Waldron our accompanist, and we were joined by 4 soloists Simone Chambers, Annabel Price, Hiroshi Amako and Michael Chambers.
Our first concert at Santa Maria Magdalena was incredibly well attended and there were over a thousand people in the audience. Similarly, our concert at San Hippolito in Cordoba was packed to the rafters, and we were delighted with the response.
See below for a video our our Seville performance, as well as photos from our trip.
