Welcome to our autumn session

Our autumn session rehearsals began on Tuesday 10 September 2013 and continue next week  on Tuesday 17 September at 7.30 as normal.

If you weren’t at the first rehearsal , please try to arrive early to allow time for collecting your membership card (if you’ve already paid) or joining up/requesting to go on the waiting list and collecting copies of the music.

‘WEEK TWO’ ARRANGEMENTS (for those who were not at the first rehearsal)
Please come down to the Lower Hall at the church first

For those who have already joined up for this year

About 130 of you have already joined (many thanks!). Please collect your membership cards and any music from Liz Barton.

Returning members from last year who wish to rejoin

Please go to the desk for for existing members re-joining and talk to Sarah Matthias. You will need to get your membership card before borrowing music.

New members and former members

For the first two rehearsals membership is open to last year’s members only. Anyone else wishing to join or rejoin is welcome to come and add your name to a waiting list. If there are spaces after the week 2 rehearsal they will be filled from the waiting list. Someone will be taking names and email addresses for the waiting list.

  • There are likely to be additional spaces in the tenor and bass voice parts, less likely immediately in alto and soprano parts.
  • You are welcome to stay for the rehearsal to try out, please talk to Sarah Matthias.

  1. Hello, I am away on holiday this week. I will be back in London next Tuesday, 17th so I do hope I can join then. I will turn up early – in anticipation. Thank you.
